How does the expertise matching work?
Each engineer has skill tags (e.g. Kubernetes, Postgres, Networking). When an incident arrives, its tags are compared against available engineers using a weighted scoring algorithm that also factors in current on-call status and recent workload.
Which incident management tools are supported?
We support PagerDuty and Opsgenie via native webhooks out of the box. Any tool that can send an HTTP POST can also integrate using our generic webhook endpoint.
